We wish you a pleasant stay and would ask that you read the terms and conditions below:

  • On arrival at the hotel you will be required to give an imprint of your credit card, including those guests whose company are settling their bill. Should you not have a credit card you will be required to pay for the room in advance plus £50 refundable cash deposit.
  • Any damage caused to the premises and grounds by yourselves or your guests, will be liable for full payment by yourselves.
  • Check in time 2pm, Check out time 11am, however should you require alternative times please call the hotel to discuss and we will endeavor to accommodate you.
  • Cancellation Policy 4pm the day prior to arrival. This means that should you cancel your reservation within this period you will be charged 100% of the cost of the first nights stay.
  • If you cancel your reservation prior to the cancellation policy you will be given a cancellation number, please keep a record of this number as proof of your cancellation.
  • Children under 14 years sharing with their parents stay FREE of charge.
  • Sorry No Pets.
  • All our rooms are non smoking.
  • Cots and Z Beds are available please pre book this to ensure they are available upon arrival.
  • Some rooms are accessible by lift.

Please note:- During the period of the Reading Rock Festival (25-28 August 2011) the cancellation policy for all bookings changes to 1 week before. We will also require payment for all bookings at least 1 week prior to the event. As I am sure you will understand, this is a busy time for us therefore we have had to put these rules in place.
